It’s going to be more expensive to get your real estate license in Ontario starting January 2023.
Humber College announced in October they are increasing the fees for the Real Estate Salesperson Program (Pre- and Post-registration phases) as well as the Real Estate Broker Program.
Each course in the pre-registration phase is increasing anywhere from $45 to $105, with exams increasing from $100 to $115. In total, the program is going up from $3,590 to $4,110 in total. The post-registration phase increases from $570 to $655 in total.
Additional fees, such as retaking an exam, are also increasing.
The Humber program is the only one offered to get a real estate license in Ontario.
