You’ll soon be able to watch the Oscar-nominated movie Poor Things on Disney+ Canada.
Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and starring Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo, and Willem Dafoe, Poor Things currently has a 92% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes with a 79% audience score. On the IMDb it has an 8.3 out of 10 based off of 112,000 reviews.

The film has a total of 11 Oscar nominations, second only to Oppenheimer’s 13 nominations. Along with a Best Picture nomination, Stone and Lanthimos are nominated for Best Actress and Best Director, respectively, and Ruffalo has a Best Supporting Actor nomination.

From filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos and producer Emma Stone comes the incredible tale and fantastical evolution of Bella Baxter (Stone), a young woman brought back to life by the brilliant and unorthodox scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter (Willem Dafoe). Under Baxter’s protection, Bella is eager to learn.
