We weren’t expecting to see this match in 2024, but here we are! Jake Paul (yes, the YouTuber turned boxer) is taking on former heavyweight champ Mike Tyson in a fight that will be streamed live on Netflix this summer.
In partnership with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), which Paul is part owner of, the fight will go down at the 80,000-seat capacity AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, which is also the home of the Dallas Cowboys.

“It’s crazy to think that in my second pro fight, I went viral for knocking out Nate Robinson on Mike Tyson’s undercard. Now, less than four years later, I’m stepping up to face Tyson myself to see if I have what it takes to beat one of boxing’s most notorious fighters and biggest icons,” said Paul.
Known as “The Problem Child,” Paul has a 9-1 record with 6 KOs. Mike “Baddest Man on the Planet” Tyson has a 50-6 record with an astounding 44 KOs in his lengthy career.
“I’m very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul,” said Tyson. “He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it will be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a ‘kid’ can do with the experience and aptitude of a GOAT. It’s a full circle moment that will be beyond thrilling to watch as I started him on his boxing journey on the undercard of my fight with Roy Jones and now I plan to finish him.”
Nakisa Bidarian, founder of Most Valuable Promotions, expects this battle to be “a once in a lifetime dream matchup” that will be the “most-watched boxing event in modern boxing history.”
“Six generations of boxing fans will have a stake in the outcome and will be able to watch an anti-hero, Jake Paul, put it all on the line against the baddest man on the planet, Mike Tyson,” Bidarian said.
The Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight will stream live on Netflix on July 20, 2024. If you prefer to watch it in-person in Texas, you can sign-up for presale tickets at mostvaluablepromotions.com.
