The Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto is having its official grand opening on the weekend of May 3, and to celebrate they have Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton coming to perform at the brand new, 5,000-person venue The Theatre.
Stefani, who just wowed this year’s Coachella crowd with her band No Doubt, will take the stage on Friday, May 3. You can expect to hear her perform big solo hits, like ‘Rich Girl’ and ‘Hollaback Girl’, mixed with some No Doubt tracks like ‘Just a Girl’ and ‘Don’t Speak’.
Country superstar Shelton, who has 28 #1 singles under his belt, will perform his top tracks on Saturday, May 4.
It’s safe to say that Stefani and Shelton might make an appearance at each other’s shows for the tracks ‘Nobody But You’ and ‘Happy Anywhere’, which they released together in 2020.
“This pivotal occasion marks the beginning of a new chapter in live entertainment in Toronto as we curate a diverse array of world-class performances, and entertainment experiences for our guests,” Gavin Whiteley, Chief Marketing Officer, Great Canadian Entertainment, said in a release.
