As LEGO celebrates its 90th anniversary this year, the brick-building company found that 95 per cent of Canadian parents feel connecting over LEGO helps “strengthen family ties and improves overall happiness.”
I agree with this. My kids and I can spend an entire day around the dining room table indulged in a set together with no screens or other distractions to take away from our time. It’s one of the most amazing things we do together, and when a build is finished we all feel satisfied over our accomplishment.
Of course kids (or people with kids) aren’t the only fans of building LEGO sets, and there are many adults that enjoy spending time on a build, too. The company understands this market and have crafted some recent sets aimed directly towards them. No matter how old you are or what your interests are, there is a LEGO set for you. And LEGO makes the perfect Christmas gift for kids and adults on your list!
If you’re looking for LEGO gift ideas this holiday season, here are six sets I highly recommend.
