Always looking to innovate the home cleaning market, Dyson has released its first wet-dry vacuum cleaner in Canada.
With multiple heads, the cordless 3-in-1 Dyson V15s Detect Submarine can vacuum carpets and hard surfaces, such as tiles and hardwood floors, just as good as the company’s other cordless models.
What sets the V15s Detect Submarine apart though is the extra wet roller head that it comes with, which can wash tile, stone, wood, ceramic, vinyl, linoleum, and laminate floors.
Features of the V15s Detect Submarine wet roller head
- Agitation and intelligence: The motor-driven microfiber roller removes spills, tough stains and debris, while a durable plate extracts contaminated water from the wet roller and deposits it into a separate waste-water tray for easy emptying. The Dyson Submarine wet roller head features power diversion and mode detection, so there’s no water ingress to the motor.
- Eight-point hydration: Dyson engineers designed an eight-point hydration system, using a pressurized chamber for even water distribution and optimal saturation across the fullwidth of the roller.
- Low profile: Designed for effortless maneuvering underneath furniture and with edge-to-edge cleaning, the Dyson Submarine wet roller head ensures pick up of debris, and spills from even the most awkward places.
The wet roller head comes with a 300ml clean water tank that can clean up to 1184 sq. ft. A 360ml dirty water tank ensures no dirt or debris is transferred back onto the floor and that the roller remains saturated with clean water during use.
“Existing wet cleaning formats are commonly met with owner frustrations; largely around maneuverability, maintenance and pick up performance. Our solution solves these challenges and provides users with a multifunctional, compact yet powerful vacuum that takes deep cleaning to the next level,” Charlie Park, Vice President of Floorcare R&D at Dyson, said in a press release.
The Dyson V15s Detect Submarine wet-dry vacuum is now available at DysonCanada.com for $1,299.99.
