Fans of the HGTV show Love It or List It are in for a shock as Hilary Farr has announced her departure from the home renovation show.
Farr and David Visentin have hosted Love It or List It together since the show first began airing in Canada back in 2008.
“The news is out! Can’t wait to share what’s next — stay tuned! Love you all ❤️,” Farr shared on Instagram after People Magazine broke the story on Friday.
Along with Love It or List It, the British-Canadian designer has starred in two seasons of Tough Love with Hilary Farr, which airs on Max in the US and is available to purchase on Apple TV in Canada.

There is currently no information on whether Love It or List It will continue without Farr.
Love It or List It has five spin-off shows, with Love It or List It Vancouver being the most successful in Canada, followed by Love It or List It Vacation Homes (both air on HGTV Canada).
The original Love It or List It filmed in Toronto before moving to North Carolina in recent seasons.
For those interested in movie trivia, Farr can be seen in The Rocky Horror Picture Show as the bride at the beginning of the film.
