If you’re a UFC fan you have no doubt been anticipating the battle between Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis that’s going down this weekend in Toronto at the Scotiabank Arena.
UFC 297 is the first UFC match in the city since December 2018, and while it has brought some controversy with it, it is definitely one fans are excited to watch on Saturday night.
Strickland is defending his title for the first time at UFC 297, fighting the #2 middleweight contender Du Plessis. UFC 297 also marks the official return of the UFC on Sportsnet, who now have the exclusive English-language broadcast rights to the sport in Canada.
Where to watch UFC 297
To watch the UFC 297 main card you need to purchase the pay-per-view on Sportsnet+ for $64.99. You don’t need to be a Sportsnet+ subscriber to purchase the event.
The main card starts at 10 p.m. ET on Saturday, January 20 and includes the following fights along with Strickland vs. Du Plessis:
